What thoughts did
you have about the specific things shown in the videos?
After watching
videos, I thought , these were all easy to miss. Things like teacher’s teaching
behaviors towards to students for example, movement, soft loud clear voice, how
to capture students attention and reinforce lesson while making a personal
connection with each students by firm handshakes.

Dealing with Behavior Issues
What systems of behavior management/discipline do/will you use in your teaching?
It was really valuable time to watch all videos and also it was great ways
of teaching that I’d like to use them all in my future teaching class. But
three things that I love to use are::
firstly, Sign language! It was so
adorable when kindergarten students made eye contact with teacher to
conversation and make small signs with using tiny hand. Of course, it’s really practical
as well, not just interrupting class or when teacher talking to other, but also
,I think that it could be special class bonding with teacher. I can’t wait to
make my own sign language with my little students. Secondly, Behavior action
plan, If I work at public school or tutoring with group of students, I am sure
that this will help to students’ misbehavior. They actually think over what
they have done so then how they can fix themselves about their bad actions.
Lastly, using dialogue circle, I agreed with the idea that students want to
share their personal story with students, when they speak all over the place,
then it will hard to get start the academic lesson, that’s why I liked it.
Students can share and listen each others story or thinking with teacher and
teacher can find out their thinking and feelings for today. This leads the
teaching of that day. This could reduce students’ misunderstanding and
resolving conflicts together.
